Project introduction

Greenfield development of two apartment buildings and redevelopment of one apartment building in a lucrative locaton of Prague-Holešovice.

The project will create 34 residential units with total area of 2.1 ths. sqm. The estimated future sales value including one commercial space, parking lots, cellars and gardens comes to EUR 15-16 mil.

Projet is basically an extension of the already existing (neighboring) project "Astrid Garden" by UBM and was also designed by the internationally renowned studio Bogle Archtects. 

Since the project already has a valid zoning decision, we expect that the project will obtain building permint by the end of 2026 and construction will be completed by the end of 2028.
