Silverline grows and transforms its activities into residential development: acquisition of a multifunctional property in Ostrava city for conversion to residential usage, and acquisition of building plots in Vysoky Ujezd, Prague area for development of luxury villas
Foundation of Silverline Real Estate, Qualified Investor Fund (QIF), which allows external investors to participate in development projects of Silverline group; existing projects are gradually transferred under the fund structure
Silverline continues its rapid growth and regional diversification of its portfolio with launch of two new projects: one in proximity to Prague and one in downtown Pilsen
The fund wins new partners in the market: CONSEQ, the largest securities traded in the Czech Republic and Broker Trust, the largest broker pool with more than 3,000 advisors and EUR 1.5+ bn of clients’ assets under management
