Project introduction
Fully-fledged renovation of an apartment house including addition of one floor in currently striving city of Ostrava in terms of real estate market dynamics. Apartment house is directly facing future tallest sky-rise in Central Europe and a landmark shopping center in Forum Karolina Ostrava.
We expect continued ongoing growth of the Ostrava residential real estate prices (stronger than in other Czech locations due to very low base). Value creation activities in the project include elimination of legal defects, conversion of the object to small-scale apartments suitable for leases and addition of a new floor.
