Project introduction
Development of 23 units with a total floor area of ~1,600 sqm in heart of Plzen city. Building is located in a vivid, yet calm district only c. 300 meters from the city’s most favorite meeting point.
Plzen is one of few regional cities in the Czech Republic with steadily growing population. Also, Plzen scores very high within Czech cities in terms of affordability of housing (income vs. residential real estate prices). New opportunities for greenfield or brownfield development in the city center are already very scarce.
Project is divided in two phases: i) complete renovation current twelve, rather large-scale units within existing three floors of the building ii) development of additional ten units on two new floors on top of the current building
Part of the building is also a restaurant with ~400 sqm and a patio, which will be kept in current shape during the development project.
