Greenfield development in a favorite location. Calm municipality, only ~25-30min southeast from center of Prague, with full amenities and surrounded by nature. Development of eight detached houses on a 10 ths. sqm building plot, realized in two phases: (i) land zoning, construction of technical infrastructure and driveway (ii) sale of building plots with possible construction of eight stand-alone family houses.
Project leverages double-digit growth of building plot prices within 20-30 min drive from Prague due to significant lack of supply and strong urbanism in Prague, exacerbated by changed preferences of population – work from home combined with suburban life.
