Development of building plots with projects for three luxury villas in immediate proximity to the most prominent golf course in the Czech Republic and within a ~20 min driving distance from downtown Prague in a municipality with full civic amenities.
Project leverages double-digit growth of building plot prices within 20-30 min drive from Prague due to significant lack of supply and strong urbanism in Prague, exacerbated by changed preferences of population – work from home combined with suburban life.
Purchase of land took place in a situation where the previous owner was in a hurry to sell, thanks to the larger number of plots we realized economies of scale during the preparation of the project.
