Project introduction

Renovation and extensive attic development in an apartment building in a premium location on Rajská Zahrada Street, close to Riegrovy Sady. The building will undergo a complete renovation, including the building envelope, common areas, and individual apartment units. Once finished, building will have both residential and non-residential units. The number of units has not yet been specified.

The project will include luxury apartment units of all types of layouts (studios, one-bedroom apartments, two-bedroom apartments), i.e. aiming at individuals, couples, and smaller families with children. On the upper floors, apartments will offer beautiful views, especially in the northeast direction of Žižkov.

Project will be divided into two stages: in the first, there will be a complete renovation of the existing residential and non-residential units in the main building (without need to obtain a building permit); In the second phase, based on a building permit, there will be an extensive attic conversion into new residential units and a complete redevelopment of the extension in the courtyard into modern non-residential units suitable for short-term rentals.
