Residence Sekaninova
Project introduction
Reconstruction and extension of an apartment building in Sekaninova Street, Brno-Husovice. Husovice, part of the Brno-North district, is one of the most dynamically developing districts in Brno. New residential projects are being built in the microlocation, which will contribute to the further development of civic amenities and the improvement of the quality of public areas.
The project will consist of 36 residential units with a total area of ~1,500 m2. The estimated gross development value of the project, including parking spaces and cellars, is CZK 210 mil.
The project will be divided into two stages: the reconstruction of the existing units will begin after the general contractor tender, and then in the second stage, after obtaining a building permit, the extension of the apartment building will begin.
