Project introduction

Greenfield construction of an apartment building in premium location of Libeňské docks (land near U Českých Loděnice Street). The micro-location offers beautiful views of the Vltava Bay, future owners of the apartment units will also have a private park with mature trees on the banks of Vltava river.

The apartment house will consist of luxury apartment units with large terraces, oriented primarily on affluent families with children.

Final net area and number of apartment units will depend on potential approval of the Metropolitan Land Plan.

Silverline Real Estate purchased the land, our aim (study and project) corresponds to the current land plan. In the case of construction according to the current land plan, the completion of the project is planned for 2029. In the case of construction according to the Metropolitan Plan, resulting net area will be significantly higher, planned completion would likely shift to 2031.
