Residential development of an apartment building with up to 12 floors above ground with commercial space on the ground floor. The project involves the demolition of the existing commercial building and its replacement with a new construction. The expected gross floor area is approximately 5,600 m², while the final number of residential units will be specified in the next phase of preparation. The estimated gross development value reaches ~32 million EUR.

Since our plan complies with the zoning plan, we expect to obtain a building permit by the end of 2029. Completion of the project is projected for 2031.
