Apartments Josefův Důl

Project introduction

Greenfield construction of two apartment buildings (mountain apartments) in the picturesque landscape of the Protected Landscape Area Jizerské Hory in the village of Josefův Důl, which is popular especially with skiers, cross-country skiers and cyclists.

 Project will create 12 residential units with a total future sales area of ​​~950 m2. Each residential unit will have a cellar cubicle, outdoor parking space, possibility of using a ski/bike storage room and a sauna, located directly on the private land of the building (with the possibility of subsequent cooling in Kamenice river).

 Silverline Real Estate purchased the land, our plan complies with the zoning plan and was discussed with representatives of the municipality, the Protected Landscape Area and the building authority. We expect to submit application for the building permit by the end of 2025, with construction expected to begin in late 2027 or early 2028 and be completed in 2029.
