ČR vs. SK - where to invest in a flat
We compared investment in rental apartments in 3 largest cities in the Czech Republic and Slovakia with clear result: Slovak cities offer higher investment return outperforming Czech cities by 5% p.a. on average. Moreover, owing to the lower price level, purchase of an apartment in Slovakia is significantly more affordable for a retail investor and can generate positive cash flow throughout the investment period.
