Dan Vasko has provided a perspective on current state & outlook of the Czech real estate market in international context. Among others, he claimed that rents will start growing at an accelerated pace and stated that while development business is still attractive in the Czech market, buy-to-let model lost its shine for some time and provides better returns in selected markets abroad.
